We will assess what's wrong with your computer on a software and hardware level.

PC Repair	$60.00/hr
This rate includes all software and hardware support for Desktop PCs, and Software support for Laptops/Tablet PCs.

Basic Desktop PC Hardware Installation	$30.00
Our technicians will install any one (1) piece of hardware, internal or external to your desktop PC. Price does not include hardware. Price does not include software support as a result of installed hardware.

Basic Laptop/Tablet PC Hardware Installation	$45.00
Our technicians will install any one (1) piece of hardware, internal or external to your Laptop/Tablet PC. Price does not include hardware. Price does not include software support as a result of installed hardware.

On-Site PC Repair	$75.00/hr
A Technician will go on-site at your location to do PC repair. This rate includes all software and hardware support for Desktop PCs, and Software support for Laptops/Tablet PCs.

Software Install	$15.00
We will install any one (1) licensed copy of any software onto your Desktop or Laptop PC

Operating System Install	$90.00
An agent will install one (1) licensed copy of Microsoft Windows Operating System to your system as well as all updates. (Software is not included.)

Data Backup	$67.50
We will clean and backup up to 9GB of your personal files and store on an optical disk for your later retrieval.

Data Wipe	$45/100GB
Selling your old system? We will clean and remove your old hard drive to protect your data from theft and prying eyes.
